The rip begins with the original track, but as the introduction is playing, some audio from the 2002 gay pornographic film Boy Band (specifically from the YouTube video "Bad Gay Porn Acting 4") is overlayed on top of it (significantly echoed), along with various audio clips from the Metal Gear franchise edited in.
At 0:40, the rip becomes a mashup of the advertised track and the vocals from the song "My Neck, My Back (Lick It)" by Khia, with every instance of the word "pussy" (along with the word "neck" in the first verse) replaced with the word "dick". At 1:20, the line "The best head comes from a thug" is edited to say "The best dick comes from Metal Gear".
At 1:47, "My Neck, My Back (Lick It)" briefly stops and the track transitions into a mashup with the vocals from the song "Sexual Healing" by Marvin Gaye.
