"Main Theme - Sailor Moon" is a high quality rip of "Main Theme" from Sailor Moon.
Jokes[]
Instead of the static thumbnail, the thumbnail in the rip itself displays the animated logo seen in-game, with the light reflections moving horizontally. Due to a YouTube glitch, the visuals become corrupted starting at 0:14. This was not initially seen when the rip was made public until an hour of its release.
There is no track called "Main Theme" in Sailor Moon. Instead, the rip uses "Orinoco Flow" by Enya. This joke is carried over from the Sailor Moon Main Theme series on VvvvvaVvvvvvr.
"Orinoco Flow" is mashed up with "Goomba Got Back" and the instrumental of "Baby Got Back" by Sir Mix-A-Lot (the song that "Goomba Got Back" is a parody of). At 0:52, the title lyric from "Goomba Got Back" is repeated in repetition with and pitch-shifted to the "Sail Away" lyric from "Orinoco Flow".

The album version is about four seconds shorter, and the howl from "Animals" by Maroon 5 plays at 1:23.
The glitched visuals are also referenced in the track's description: "Special Thanks: YouTube, for breaking the visuals an hour after release".

- The addition of the "Animals" howl serves as the sole Maroon 5 reference for GiIva Got Back. It could also reference the album track for "Haunted House - Super Mario 64", for serving a similar purpose in Grand Dad 64.
