"Mass Destruction but it's the DK Rap" is a high quality rip of a mashup between "Mass Destruction" from Persona 3 and "DK Rap".

The rip begins with just "Mass Destruction", with the visuals initially showing the Persona 3 thumbnail before changing to visuals from "DK Rap" and Donkey Kong 64 at 0:03, setting up the advertised mashup.
At 0:20, "Mass Destruction" is mashed up with "Drop Diddy Rap" from the Donkey Kong Country episode "Follow That Coconut" instead of "DK Rap", with the visuals from the aforementioned episode shown as well (though the speed of the video is not scaled correctly with the audio, resulting in it gradually becoming desynced).
At 0:52, the visuals cut to the thumbnail, consisting of Donkey Kong from "DK Rap" pointing his Coconut Gun near his head and a front-facing image of Donkey Kong from Donkey Kong Country, with it initially zoomed in on the Donkey Kong 64 Donkey Kong. It then zooms out and the vocals from "DK Rap" are sentence-mixed to say "FUCK THIS!", with a caption of the same phrase appearing in the Donkey Kong franchise logo typeface. The sounds of Donkey Kong shooting the Coconut Gun play, with the visuals switching to a black screen.
The very last frame of the rip shows an edit of this image. It consists of an edited image of Donald Trump with the caption "WE HAVE TOO MUCH Dark Hour / SEND THAT SHIT TO Iwatodai NOW!" and gameplay footage of Persona 3, edited such that Junpei says "This is why I voted for Biden, man!" and a player response is changed to "Junpei shut the fuck up.".
