The rip begins with the advertised track melody-swapped to "I'm Not Yo Daddy, I'm Yo Grandpa" by Biff Chitlins. At 0:05, the rip becomes a mashup of the advertised track (with the melody-swap still applied) and the actual "I'm Not Yo Daddy, I'm Yo Grandpa".
At 0:27, "Gentleman" is added to the mashup, as vocals from "Gangnam Style" and "Gentleman" are pitch-shifted to the track in the background. At 1:10, The Nutshack theme is added to the mashup. From 1:12 to 1:23, each "grandpa" is replaced with GRAND DAD!?, each of which has been run through a robotic filter.
At 1:24, the scream from "dog dancing we no speak americano" by LegoMaster121000 is pitch-shifted to the music, followed by "We No Speak Americano" itself being added to the mashup at 1:34.
