At 0:01, the music becomes an arrangement, using Super Mario 64 instruments, of "Palmtree Panic Bad Future" from the JPN/PAL version of Sonic CD. Bowser roars are inserted at 0:15, 0:41 and 1:34 to simulate a vocal sample heard in the original song. In addition, at 0:08, the trumpet instrument plays the trumpet melody from "Eggman Boss 1 (Ruby Delusions)" from Sonic Mania, and at 0:55, the rip is mashed with "Powerful Mario" from Super Mario 64.
