"mm2wood" (or "mm2wood.mid") is a poorly made MIDI file created in 1995 based on Wood Man's Stage from Mega Man 2. It is known for being the basis of a MIDIJam video. The MIDI features off-sync instruments, overly loud percussion, and inaccuracies with the original Wood Man's stage theme. Unfortunately, the YouTube channel that uploaded the video set it to private on April 3rd, 2020, but there are reuploads, such as this one.

The MIDI first appeared on June 21, 2016 in the rip "Main Theme (OST Version) - Mighty No. 9". Matsu Muhō proposed that this rip would be "mm2wood.mid", a file that a friend of his found when looking for bad MIDIs.[1]. Afterwards, it didn't appear again until the rip "Wood Man - Mega Man 2" on October 19, 2016, another contribution by Matsu Muhō. Some time later, it was revealed that the character Wood Man was behind the "corruptions" on all the albums.
During The SilvaGunner Spooktacular Halloween Horror Special and The SilvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis, "mm2wood.mid" started appearing more frequently as Wood Man's associated theme.
The usage of "mm2wood" in rips sometimes consists of the MIDI file rearranged into another song, put into MIDIJam and named with a title corresponding to the joke but similar to "mm2wood". Many rips also use the music from "Wood Man Stage" without any direct reference to "mm2wood.mid".
Every one of SiIvaGunner's Original Fusion Collabs (except for "Yule Log Medley Collab" and "11 Minutes of City Pop [Full Collab, VHS Rip]") has had an "mm2wood.mid" segment, usually contrasting the more serious-sounding arrangements before and after it.
Trivia
