The advertised track's instrumental is mashed up with "Goomba Got Back"'s instrumental, with the vocals from "Goomba Got Back" sentence-mixed to sing lyrics based on the advertised track and relating to "Goomba Got Back".

Additionally, the rip contains visuals resembling renders from the website "Nod to the Rhythm". The visuals use a photo of Gaijin Goombah, which nods to the melody of the rip. The background starts off with the default dark purple background from the aforementioned website, then cycles through unedited background images and stock animations used in the "Goomba Got Back" music video, starting at 0:19. At 1:03, a clip of BotanicSage screaming "NO!" during a Mario Kart 8 stream plays, with the visuals switching to the SoundCloud thumbnail for "Goomba Got Square" by Return of Some Guy Named Max before abruptly ending.

Furthermore, the rip has custom captions based on the captions used on the second loop of a video on the Nod to the Rhythm website. They start off entirely in uppercase, while switching between several applied effects (moving to the melody, glitching in/out, karaoke style).
