At 0:05, the advertised track slows down as the opening of "Put A Donk On It" by Blackout Crew begins playing. At 0:12, a remixed version of the advertised track, which samples the "donk" noise from "Put A Donk On It", begins playing, with the vocals of "Put A Donk On It" mashed up with it. Throughout the rip, the lyric "Donk" is pitch-shifted to the melody of the advertised track. From 3:00 to 3:04, the advertised track stops briefly to go with the lyric section of "Put A Donk On It". At 3:42, "Donk" by Soulja Boy is added to the rip. At 7:09, the ending of "Put A Donk On It" plays.

An earlier version of this rip was uploaded on March 1, 2016, with the title "Nyeh Heh Heh! - Undertale".[1] This earlier version was 5:45, due to the "Donk" vocals being more sped up. It also did not include the "Put A Donk On It" vocals during the "Donk" section and the end of "Donk" also plays over the ending of "Put A Donk On It". A remastered version of this rip would be included on the album GilvaSunner's Highest Quality Video Game Rips: Volume 1.
After the GiIvaSunner Termination, the remastered version would be reuploaded on May 4, 2016 under the same title.[2] It would later be renamed to its current title so that another rip could have that title.
