No video titled "O" currently exists on the SiIvaGunner channel.[2] The title and this rip's thumbnail were instead briefly used for the rip "Main Theme - Vine" during its premiere.
This is an edited version of the video "Markiplier in the Hospital" by Markiplier, which is shown in the thumbnail. When Markiplier begins speaking, he is edited to loudly say "O", accompanied by Impact font text reading "O" at the top of the screen. The video then freezes on a frame of Markiplier laying on the bed with his eyes closed as everything around him fades to black and sad piano music starts playing. A continuous heart monitor beep then plays as the video ends with a complete fade to black.
