At 0:17, the blue balls section stops, with the BonziBuddy text-to-speech voice saying "I'm just kidding, this isn't a blue balls rip. However, you're going to wish it was." After this, the rip becomes an arrangement of the advertised track in the instruments and style of "Cotton Eye Joe" by Rednex, with "Cotton Eye Joe"'s vocals pitch-shifted to the advertised track. At 0:36, BonziBuddy says "I warned you."
At 3:19, the vocals of "Cotton Eye Joe" stop at "come", resulting in the line "Where did you come"; this is followed by several Vine booms and an alarm sound. The arrangement abruptly ends at 3:21.
