This rip is a medley arrangement in the style of one of Weird Al's signature polka medleys that also represents every other character in the King for Another Day Tournament.
At the start of the track, Al's character art changes to wield an accordion. Whenever a character is represented in the track, the character's art appears on the right-hand side of the screen with a transition animation unique to each contestant. Most of these transitions reflect the respective characters:
- Wario Partners, LLP appear after a microgame transition from WarioWare.
- Papyrus has a jigsaw puzzle-themed transition.
- King Dedede has a star-shaped transition.
- Quote has a cloudy transition, based on Cave Story's menu screen.
- Dr. Robotnik fades from a blue/black, reminicent of the transition from the SEGA logo at the beginning of most classic SEGA games.
- Nico Nico has a television static-themed transition.
- Metal Ajit Pai shakes wildly as he fades in.
- Jack & Elmo appear with a pair of red curtains a la The Muppet Show.
- With Mariya Takeuchi's appearance, a ball of lighting turns everything black and white except for her character art.
- Men in Black appear with a bright white flash, similar to a neuralyzer.
- The visuals glitch out for the entirety of MissingNo.'s segment.
- The members of Nintendo Power snap together a la the Nintendo Switch logo, complete with the snap sound.
- Dr. Piccolo has a transition based on the Instant Transmission technique from the Dragon Ball series.
- Johnny Bravo has a circle transition based on Cartoon Network's end tag.
- Right before Thanos appears, Johnny Bravo "dissolves" in a manner reminiscent of Thanos' snap in Infinity War.
- HOBaRT vibrates throughout his entire segment.
- Daft Punk ft. Pharrell have a wave-like transition, possibly referencing the cover art of Daft Punk's Homework.
- During Donkey Kong's segment, Mr. Bean quickly slides up and quickly falls back down, referring to both the song's lyrics and Mr. Bean's short lived career as a competitor.
- DJ Professor K has a transition based on Jet Set Radio's "Now Loading" screens.
- For Al's segment, 「BEAT IT」 moves to the right-hand side of the screen and moonwalks back at the end, which transitions into ZUN's part.
- Off the Hook ft. Paruko have an ink splat-themed transition, and leave with a flush transition.
- Mr. Krabs has the standard bubble transition from SpongeBob SquarePants.
- Law & Disorder appear after an Ace Attorney "Objection!" bubble. Monokuma also jumps in in front of the "Objection!" bubble in a similar manner to his entrances into scenes in Danganronpa V3.
- Adam Levine fades in crotch first.
- Solid Snake has a rectangular 'box-shaped' transition.
