"PRESENTATION ANNOUNCEMENT" is the high quality announcement video for GilvaSunner's Highest Quality Video Game Rips: Volume 6.66.

The rip uses Microsoft 3D Movie Maker to create the announcement. The rip begins with title texts parodying those seen in the first episode of VeggieTales, with "SiIvaGunner Productions presents" and SiIvaGunner's Highest Quality Video Game Rips Volume 6.66 in that order.
We start off with Grand Dad's second form. However, in this rip, it seems to represent SiIvaGunner based on his role in the story and the fact that he uses the Wiseguy voice from VoiceForge, which is typically used for SiIva.
"Hello guys! I'm on vacation right now", SiIvaGunner begins to say. A paper is then thrown at SiIva's face. "Oh", he exclaims. He then takes the paper off his face and asks "What is this?". He reads the paper. "Oh no. This is bad", worries SiIva. He put the paper down, making a clank noise. "I have to tell my friends. Quick!", he cries out. He then begins to run from the hotel.
We then see King Harkinian, Jimmy Neutron, Peter Griffin, and Homer Simpson in a ballroom. SiIva arrives in a car where they are and throws a copy of the paper he read in Jimmy's hair. SiIva leaves and King Harkinian smacks the copy out of Jimmy's hair, which lands in Peter's hand.
Next, we see Quote, Bob the Tomato, and Larry the Cucumber in a cave. SiIva arrives in a hot-air balloon and hands a copy to Larry, which he then hands to Quote. As he hands him the letter, the phrase "shoutout to simpleflips" enters the cave and then explodes into pieces.
Later, the next scene shows Waluigi, a cardboard cutout mariachi (likely meant to represent Carlito), and Carl Wheezer. The mariachi plays music while Waluigi and Carl jam out to his music. SiIva arrives in a plane, landing it while running over Waluigi. SiIva then vomits a copy up to be thrown at Carl. The mariachi player then runs over to Carl. As well, SiIva leaves the scene. Waluigi gets back up, walks to the plane, and leaves with it.
Later, we see SiIva at HQ RIP HQ, AKA High Quality Rip Headquarters. We see other characters in there, like the ones aforementioned and new ones like Sans, Link, Mr. Krabs, Knuckles the Echidna, Pikachu, the default Villager from Animal Crossing, and the Infomaniac from LEGO Island. "Alright, listen up," announces SiIva, "We have to make a new album, before it's too late! Let's get ripping!" Everyone then gets to their workstations. Waluigi falls from the sky, picks up the mariachi player, and gets to his workstation.
The next few scenes show the characters making the rips for the album.
We are first met with a group of characters that include Strong Bad, Bob the Tomato, Larry the Cucumber and Papyrus, working on the rips. Strong Bad is typing on the computer, as Papyrus and Bob the Tomato are doing nothing. Larry the Cucumber then comes in with a microphone.
The next scene shows Homer Simpson put a Nintendo DS in a microwave and pressing a few buttons on it. The aftermath shows Wario coming out of the Nintendo DS, crashing into Homer.
The scene that shows the next group of characters: Carl Wheezer, Quote, Garfield, and Waluigi. Garfield is on his deathbed, as Carl Wheezer, who's panicking, and Quote are surrounded by it. Waluigi comes in and looks into Garfield's eyes. Garfield spooks him and runs up and away from his bed. Waluigi runs away with him.
We see the characters, working in the background, and Homer Simpson getting up from the floor. Then Peter Griffin stands next to a mirror, as it produces the 3d phrase "family guy funny moments". The phrase hits Peter in the back of the head, causing him to fall. Waluigi comes in and walks into the phrase, causing him to fall. The phrase falls to the ground. Waluigi stomps on the phrase, which makes a fart noise every time it gets stomped.
The next scene shows Knuckles the Echidna and Luigi, getting into a machine together, to create a mashup. Luigi gets on Knuckles' head, in an upside-down position. The door closes and the phrase "Creating Luigi & Knuckles Mashup..." appears on the door. Afterwards, "Done!" then appears, the door opens, and the record player of said mashup can be seen.
The video finally shows SiIva, next to a laptop. He jumps for joy, as the album is complete. "Oh yeah!", Faux-SiIva cheered, "We did it! Let's take a listen". He reaches for the laptop to have a listen at it. After pressing a button on the laptop, for a split-second, it shows Fred Flintstone, without Mario's head, but wearing a hat of his. Mario's head, however, went on the computer screen, and the words "it's", "the" and "nutshack" can be seen scattered across the floor in the background. The music leads to a huge halt and the screen cuts to black.
The music then comes back and the screen shows an animation of the DVD of the album and its cases, in square and rectangular form, on the near bottom right corner. The DVD goes into the square case. The phrase "SiIvaGunner's Highest Quality Video Game Rips: Volume 6.66" appears on the top left. The phrase "Out now!*" appears under it. The asterisk leads to a sentence at the bottom saying: "Please read the channel description. Call (77)777-HQ RIP for phone ordering, or rent a CD for just $1 at Mr. Rental". The video glitches out near the end of the video. A parody of the first "A Viacom Presentation" logo appears at the end, but instead of Viacom, it says "SIIVAGUNNER", with the background flashing in the different colors used in the title screen of 7 GRAND DAD.
