"Pico (In-Game Version) - Friday Night Funkin'" is a high quality rip of the in-game version of "Pico" from Friday Night Funkin'.

The rip plays gameplay footage of a modded version of the level with the following changes:

Pico is replaced with "that guy who sort of looks like your grandfather" from the "I'm Not Yo Daddy, I'm Yo Grandpa" commercial.
The background is replaced with the Mona Lisa room from "I'm Not Yo Daddy, I'm Yo Grandpa"'s music video, with Girlfriend as the Mona Lisa.
Both "that guy who sort of looks like your grandfather" and Boyfriend's vocal samples quote "I'm Not Yo Daddy, I'm Yo Grandpa". Additional elements of the song are recreated using Friday Night Funkin' stems, with backing vocals from "Fresh" standing in for the "Go! Go! Go!" chants.
As is customary with most Friday Night Funkin' rips, Boyfriend dies despite winning the level. In this case, his death animation is edited to include an artificial hip that turns blue along with his balls, referencing a line from "I'm Not Yo Daddy, I'm Yo Grandpa".

- Similarly to the earlier "Pico" rip, the mod's files go over "Dad Battle" instead of the advertised track, due to the ambient train sounds from Week 3.
- Also similarly to the earlier "Pico" rip, the edited "stageback.png" contains an out-of-bounds easter-egg. This time, there are 3 stretched-out images of Mr. Bean's face, below and to the side.
  - This is possibly referencing "Fishy Aroma (Faba Mix) - Umineko no Naku Koro ni", as both rips take place in a museum.
