"Plant" is a frequently ripped track from Cave Story.

Overview[]

"Plant" was composed by Daisuke Amaya for Cave Story. It plays in Yamashita Farm, a small flower-filled area accessible in Mimiga Village.

The track was remastered and arranged in later re-releases of the game, such as Cave Story+ and Cave Story 3D.

Rips[]

There are currently 11 rips of "Plant" on the SiIvaGunner channel. The first rip of the track, "Plant (Beta Mix) - Cave Story" was uploaded on December 26, 2016 as part of the VeggieTales' series of arrangements in the style of Cave Story tracks. The song was not used frequently in later years until Season 5, where the song saw an increase in appearances.

The rip "Plant - Cave Story" was notably used as the reveal trailer for Quote in the King for Another Day Tournament.
