"Playboi Carti Standing Goat" refers to a video that shows a taxidermized goat statue with the song "Pissy Pamper" by Young Nudy & Pi’erre Bourne ft. Playboi Carti. It's also a minor meme on the SiIvaGunner channel.

"Billy the Goat Kid"[1] is a taxidermy sculpture made by artist and taxidermist Adele Morse in 2018. It is a depiction of a baby goat standing on its hind legs in a humanoid stance, with its eyes facing forwards.
Around September 6, 2018, Morse uploaded a video on her Instagram account of a showcase of Billy in a dark, creepy environment, and claimed that the sculpture was moving on its own. This video, along with the “uncanny valley” nature of Billy's construction has made the sculpture notorious around online spaces.
Some time around April 2019, Morse’s video was reposted with the song “Pissy Pamper” by Young Nudy & Pi’erre Bourne ft. Playboi Carti played over it. The earliest account to upload this edit was cloutboidylan, but no exact creator nor the date of the edit has been identified.

Before its association with Adele Morse's Billy the Goat Kid video, "Pissy Pamper" was remixed in a King for Another Day track of the same name by Expensive Dispenser. Later in March 2020, the first rip referencing the cloutboidylan upload of the aforementioned video, "Mimiga Town (Beta Mix) - Cave Story" was uploaded to the channel.
Most rips that reference the meme usually have the ripped track's melody changed to "Pissy Pamper", accompanied by visuals that reference Morse's video showcase of Billy. These visuals are categorized in various forms:
- Directly using the video with no changes,
- Depicting Billy in the artstyle of the ripped track's source game, such as "Fortress BGM (Beta Mix) - Super Mario Bros. 3" and "The Door - Deltarune",
- Editing Billy into the ripped track's source game's thumbnail or screenshot, such as "Radio Broadcast - P.T.",
- Recreating Morse's video (or the final shot where the camera points directly at Billy's face) with another character standing in for Billy, such as "Game Over - Frogger".
