"Predestined Fate" is a song composed by Magnus Pålsson for the game VVVVVV. It is a chiptune track that plays in the game's first intermission, a special area accessed after rescuing the third crewmate and using a teleporter. The player, Captain Viridian, must reach the end of the area while guiding their crewmate, who only follows Viridian when he is on the floor. Dialogue between the two plays throughout the level, which differs depending on which crewmate was rescued. After reaching the end of the intermission, the two return to their ship and the area cannot be accessed again, but can be replayed in the main menu's "play modes" list.
The track also originally played in the game's final level until version 2.2, when it was replaced with "Predestined Fate Remix", a remix originally exclusive to the game's Nintendo 3DS release.

"Predestined Fate" first appeared on the SiIvaGunner channel on December 3, 2019, in "Changing the Predestined - SiIvaGunner: King for Another Day", an original arrangement of the track created for the King for Another Day Tournament, representing the contestant Quote. The song has been featured in several rips since then, becoming the most frequently referenced song from VVVVVV on the channel. The first direct rip of the track, "Predestined Fate - VVVVVV", was uploaded on April 15, 2021. The rip "Predestined Fate (PS Vita Version) - VVVVVV" was also included in the official HHHHHH music mod released on May 30, 2022, replacing the original track, alongside "Predestined Fate Fusion Collab" by VvvvvaVvvvvvr, which replaces "Predestined Fate Remix".
