R.L.99's first contribution to the SiIvaGunner channel was "King Dedede's Theme (PAL Version) - Kirby: Squeak Squad", which was published on February 27, 2021. He became a team member on February 22, 2021. He made many rips of EarthBound, MOTHER 3, and Plok, particularly full arrangements of lengthy songs, and mashups with intensive stem editing. Some of his most notable rips include "F-F-Fire! (Extended Mix) - MOTHER 3" and "One-Winged Angel - Rebirth - Final Fantasy VII Remake".
Some time in late 2021, he passed away. SiIvaGunner confirmed this via Twitter, and announced the R.L.99 Memorial Day.[1] The event first had rips made by other contributors in his honor, then several rips he had made (some of which were finished by other team members). His final rip, and the finale of the event, was "Showdown with the Ultimate Chimera - MOTHER 3", and it was given hand-drawn visuals.
