The rip plays gameplay footage of a modded version of the level with the following changes, all of which reference Terraria:

The level begins with the growl sound effect that plays when a boss is summoned in Terraria.
Senpai has been replaced with Skeletron, Girlfriend has been replaced with the Guide sitting on top of a "Boss 1" Music Box, and Boyfriend is now portrayed in the style of a Terraria character,
The background has been replaced with the Dungeon, the location where Skeletron is fought, and the Background Freaks have been replaced with two Slimes, a Zombie, and a Demon Eye.
The dialogue boxes have been changed to be based on Terraria UI.
The intro dialogue has been changed to the following:
Skeletron has awoken!
Boyfriend: Bop beep be be skdoo bep
A rap battle is brewing...?
The first and last lines reference the status messages that appear when a boss is summoned in Terraria.
The instrumental and vocal melodies have been mostly changed to "Boss 1" from Terraria. At 0:35, samples of the beatboxing from Friday Night Funkin''s "Fresh" are briefly used.
As is customary with most Friday Night Funkin' rips, Boyfriend dies with blue balls despite winning the level. In this case, Terraria's male damage sound plays when the game over is triggered, the death animation has been changed to match Boyfriend's new appearance, and red text saying "You were slain..." appears, referencing what happens when the player dies in Terraria.
