The rip plays "Surprise Buttsecks" by Scoutellite, with its melody changed to "Among Us Trap Remix". Most Team Fortress 2 Spy voice clips throughout the song are replaced with other Spy clips with terminology related to Among Us: "Spy among us" plays at the beginning, a sentence-mixed "Sus" plays at 0:06, a sentence-mixed "Sussy" plays at 0:32, and "Impostor!" first plays at 0:39. From 1:00 to 1:26, "Surprise Buttsecks" is arranged in the style of "Among Us Trap Remix" with the voice clips added on top. At 1:43, after the Spy says "Surprise!", several audio clips of Jerma985 rapidly play on top of one another accompanied by Among Us sound effects before the rip abruptly ends.
Instead of the thumbnail image, the rip begins in a pitch-black screen until 0:06, when it switches to showing a spoof of the artwork used in the YouTube upload of "Surprise Buttsecks". The Spy and the woman in the picture are replaced with red and brown Among Us characters respectively, and part of the plaque beneath the picture reads "Sus".
