"Ruby Illusions - Final Boss (In-Game Version) (Beta Mix) - Sonic Mania" is a high quality rip of the beta mix of the in-game version of "Ruby Illusions - Final Boss" from Sonic Mania.

The rip begins as a mashup of "Ruby Illusions - Final Boss (In-Game Version) - Sonic Mania" and "Ruby Illusions - Final Boss - Sonic Mania Plus". At the beginning, the screaming hamster visual from the former rip appears over the Sonic Mania Plus thumbnail seen in the latter rip.

At 0:05, the visual fades to black, leading into an edited version of the "CHOMIK MANIA" visual seen in "Ruby Illusions - Final Boss (In-Game Version)" with the following changes:

"MANIA" is crudely replaced with "(BETA MIX)", referencing the use of said mix name during the April Fools' Day 2023 event.
The rows of hamsters are replaced with references to various rips uploaded during the April Fools' Day 2023 event: the album cover for Osamu Sato's Equal ("Equalize (Beta Mix) - Equal"), James Grime from the thumbnail for the Numberphile video "e (Euler's Number)" ("Main Theme (Beta Mix) - e"), an image from the Markiplier video "Markiplier in the Hospital" ("O (Beta Mix)"), and footage from "...of 2017 (Beta Mix)".
The background is replaced with the Sonic Mania Plus thumbnail, which has a rainbow filter and continuously scrolls vertically in the background.

In addition to all this, the "Meet the Flintstones" title sequence to The Flintstones and the rip "SFX: Waddle Dee! - Kirby's Avalanche" are pitch-shifted to the track and superimposed over the other visuals.

At 0:20, the Flintstones and "SFX: Waddle Dee!" clips end with a flash of white. "SiIva Direct Mini Quarantine 2020 (Beta Mix)" then fades in and is edited and mashed up with the track in the same manner as the "vxcv" clip in "Ruby Illusions - Final Boss (In-Game Version)". From 0:27 to 0:41, "A Video Based On Your Defeat" and "...of 2017 (Beta Mix)" are pitch-shifted to the track and superimposed over the other visuals.

At 0:41, elements from "Rave Thing" by Excision (referencing "Rave Thing (Beta Mix) - Excision's Heckin' Epic Safari") are arranged to "Ruby Illusions - Final Boss - Sonic Mania", as the Excision's Heckin' Epic Safari thumbnail zooms in and out over footage from "Ruby Illusions - Final Boss - Sonic Mania", which itself zooms in and out in sync with the music. In addition, the visualizer and copyright disclaimer from the official Pokémon "A Few Musical Notes from Game Developer Toby Fox" video are displayed onscreen in reference to "A Few Musical Notes from Game Developer Toby Fox (Beta Mix) | #PokemonSwordShield", with the visualizer matching the rip's music.

In addition, the "(BETA MIX)" text is displayed sideways on the left-hand side of the video and flips vertically in sync with a voice saying "BETA MIX" being pitch-shifted to the track, and "VID_20191028_202432 (Beta Mix)" and "Welcome to SiIvaGunner! (Beta Mix)" play while being superimposed over the other visuals. At 1:07, an Opila Bird jumpscare from Garten of Banban plays in sync with a "Rave Thing" sample, in reference to the long series of Garten of Banban rips during the April Fools' Day 2023 event, with the visuals heavily saturated, shaking, and zooming in.

In addition, the thumbnail uses the Plus version of the thumbnail despite being titled under the base game, referencing a mistake on the initial upload of the rip "Hi-Spec Robo Go! - Hard-Boiled Heavy Boss - Sonic Mania Plus" where the thumbnail was set to the original thumbnail before being fixed.
