Immediately after the rip starts, the video "Screaming Hamster" is overlaid over the thumbnail while the video's audio is arranged to the advertised track. At 0:06, vocal samples from "The Hampsterdance Song" are mashed up with and pitch-shifted to the track, while the visuals switch to an animated edit of the game's title screen with the following modifications:

The "Screaming Hamster" video is made translucent and placed in the background.
Sonic is replaced with Chomik, who turns to face the viewer, while the game's logo is edited to read "CHOMIK MANIA".
At the bottom are five rows of hamsters that rise and fall periodically. The back row of hamsters is from character art of Hampton the Hampster used for Hampton and the Hampsters' music releases, the middle three rows of hamsters are from the original Hampsterdance website, and the front row of hamsters is from the meme "Staring Hamster".

At 0:20, the modified title screen is made translucent and placed in the background, while the video "vxcv" by vivalacamrox plays. At 0:26, the rip zooms in on Harry the hamster before transitioning to a red-tinted version of the modified title screen, with Chomik's eyes now glowing red, and "It's Hamtaro Time!" from the English dub of Hamtaro is pitch-shifted to the track as well. At 0:42, the hamster-shaped muffin from the EmKay video "r/Blursedimages | dwayne ain't lookin so good..." is placed on either side of the visual and made to leap into the sky, while the accompanying narration from the video is pitch-shifted to the advertised track. At 1:02, the "Screaming Hamster" video and the music video for "Black Hamster" by Parry Gripp are both added to the visual and made translucent, as a vocal clip from "Black Hamster" plays repeatedly. At 1:05, Hampton the Hampster with evil eyebrows drawn on zooms in, accompanied by the laugh from "The Hampsterdance Song". The rip loops over at 1:09, and again at 2:10 before fading out.
