SiIvaGunner: Rebooted (spelled with a lowercase "L"), also known as simply the Reboot, was a major channel event and story arc on the SiIvaGunner channel.
It is the first story arc on the channel and the beginning of its lore (although some earlier things were retroactively added to the lore).
Lore[edit | edit source]
Due to the constant dislike-bombing of "Snow halation" rips, the SiIvaGunner channel rebooted. This replaced the three biggest running gags on the channel with alternate versions.
The Reboot was led by a character known as The Voice Inside Your Head. His goal was to please the fans by banning "Snow halation" rips. At the end of the reboot, he wanted to create a new universe with all the old and new memes, but without "Snow halation".
Ultimately, the situation was saved by Chad Warden, who gathered the power of The MF Like Button and sacrificed himself to bring "Snow halation" back after The Voice merged the universes.
Types of rips uploaded[edit | edit source]
During the Reboot, the channel's main running gags were replaced with alternates:
- 7 GRAND DAD became The Simpsons and Family Guy
- "Snow halation" became "GO MY WAY!!"
- Loud Nigra became the Howie scream[note 1][1]
The video descriptions were also done differently (with some exceptions):
- "Composer" became "Composed by"
- "Platform" became "Available on"
- The catchphrase became "Read the channel description, please."
There was also an increased use of the mix name "CD Version".
Aside from these changes, the rips weren't different from the "pre-reboot" SiIvaGunner.

The event began on June 17 and had the following story-related videos:

- A Grand New Era ~Ending~ - SilvaGunner: Rebooted (July 8, as a fake ending to the second ARG)
- Melody of the Heart ~True Ending~ - SilvaGunner: Rebooted (July 8, as the true ending to the second ARG)
After the ending was uploaded, the first three story videos had their metadata completely changed so they would appear as proper episodes, titled "Intro", "Now Rebooting", and "The Deal". The final episode in the story also serves as the announcement for the album GilvaSunner's Highest Quality Video Game Rips: Volume FOUR HOURS!, which mostly contained Reboot rips.

- ↑ Loud Nigra was not actually banned during the reboot, but he took so long to appear that people thought he was gone and replaced by the Howie Scream, and the SiIvaGunner team made it Nigra's canon replacement afterward.
