This is a parody of Sr Pelo's old series "X is..." (more specifically "Obama is..." and "Gaben Newell is..."), which uses the advertised track as the first background song.
The rip starts with the "X is..." intro, with the head of SiIvaGunner appearing, followed by the text "SilvaGunner is" appearing from above, a second identical head of SiIvaGunner appearing over the first from the top, the text "a high quality video game music ripper" from the bottom, and the head moving frantically to go with the advertised track.
At 0:14, the melody of the advertised track is changed to "Meet the Flintstones", similar to the rip "Slot Machine - Star Fox", as SiIvaGunner walks up to a podium and says "High quality video game rips" from "HOTEL GIIVASUNNER" by Xarlable, before walking away. At 0:25, it cuts to the audience clapping, with various different SiIvaGunner team member profile pictures at the time and commentators edited over random heads in the audience.
At 0:27, it cuts to SiIvaGunner heading into the "SiivaGunner H.Q." building, with the note "new memes needed, pls appoint here at 7:00" added underneath. At 0:32, it cuts to SiIvaGunner meeting with Grand Dad, Smol Nozomi, and Loud Nigra. He then thinks for a bit before getting an idea, with his right arm raised and a light bulb to represent this. It then shows a Fred Flintstone star over Grand Dad, a snowman over Smol Nozomi, and a speaker with several "A"s coming out of it over Loud Nigra. At 0:41, all three jump over a red and dark red circle background.
At 0:43, it shows the three characters working at the shop, as the melody changes to "Snow halation", with several different customers coming in requesting for certain rips and Grand Dad providing them:
- King Dedede places an order represented by the Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire thumbnail and receives the rip "Ever Grande City - Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire".
- Cory Baxter places an order represented by the "ANIME" text in the style of the Adventure Time logo and gets the Love Live! School idol festival thumbnail, referencing a running joke in which Cory in the House is erroneously referred to as an anime.
- TJ "Henry" Yoshi places an order represented by the Super Mario 64 thumbnail, but Grand Dad only serves him half of the thumbnail (referencing the 0.5x A Press meme started by TJ). This causes TJ to appear in the style of the "Anger Pepe" image before exploding.
At 0:55, while Grand Dad takes more orders, Loud Nigra is shown to be sweeping the floor with a Krusty Krab hat from Spongebob Squarepants. At 0:56, it zooms in on Mr. Rental bursting through the wall with his car, as "Dangerous Raid" from La-Mulana plays. At 0:57, it zooms in on Grand Dad with a shocked expression with Loud Nigra and a Smol Nozomi spinning rapidly appearing on both sides of him. At 0:59, Mr. Rental takes off his head, revealing him to be actually Tito Dick. At 1:03, SiIvaGunner shoots him, before raising his arms in pretend confusion as "Victory" from Super Mario RPG plays, with him flipping in sync with "Victory".
At 1:06, all four begin dancing in celebration, as the melody of "Victory" is changed to "Meet the Flintstones". At 1:08, "Boss" from Ghostbusters (Genesis) begins playing as SiIvaGunner's head is replaced with Tito Dick and the other three stop dancing in shock. At 1:10, "Roundabout" by Yes plays as the visuals cut to a freeze frame from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, including a "To be continued" arrow used in them.
