"Smile Song" is a song featured in "A Friend in Deed", the 18th episode of season 2 of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. In the song, Pinkie Pie sings about how much she loves bringing happiness, laughter, and smiles to others as she travels through Ponyville with other ponies. The song reappears in some other episodes of the series, most notably being quoted by Cheese Sandwich in the song "The Goof Off" during the 12th episode of season 4, "Pinkie Pride".

The song has also been included in tie-in media, including the video games My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, My Little Pony: Puzzle Party and My Little Pony World.

There are currently 10 rips of "Smile Song" on the SiIvaGunner channel, although only two of them actually contain "Smile Song". All of them are nominally rips of the versions from the game My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, which are low-quality partial instrumental versions of the song. The majority use the track name "Title Screen"; these are actually mashups featuring "Pony" by Ginuwine, as a play on the title of the game. The others use the track name "Smile Song"; none of these use instrumental elements from "Smile Song", though two use the vocals.

The first rip of the track, "Title Screen - My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic", was released on September 25, 2016. "Smile Song - My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic" was released much later, on September 13, 2020.

The song has also appeared as a joke in a handful of rips, mainly due to the popularity of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic on the channel.
