This is a YTPMV set to the advertised track using "Fred [YTP]".
The visuals show a modified version of the thumbnail, with the left and right sections replaced with the YTPMV's percussion samples and the middle section replaced with screenshots from "Fred [YTP]" deepfaked to sing "Cotton Eye Joe" in the manner of the Gegagedigedagedago meme, each of which is colored to match the respective section of the thumbnail.
