The rip plays gameplay footage of a modded version of the level with the following changes, most of which reference Five Nights at Freddy's:
- The lyrics and melody are changed to "Stuck Inside". Pooky's vocals, including all other jokes sung by him, are original. The onscreen captions for Pooky's verses are also changed to match.
- The background is changed to resemble the inside of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, with The Joke-Explainer™ 7000 in the rightmost drawing. In addition, the background characters are changed to Bonnie, Freddy Fazbear, Chica and Foxy.
- Pooky is recolored to be purple, referencing William Afton.
- At 1:14 and 3:06, the melody of the synth line changes to "Megalovania".
- At 1:27, Boyfriend's verse changes to a few melodies in quick succession: the "Saster motif" (a musical motif used in most Friday Night Funkin' songs by the composer Saster), "Gadget Room" at 1:35, and "Kyun! Vampire Girl" at 1:39.
- At 1:59, Pooky sings "MEGALOVANIA (ULTIMATE MIX) - Smash Bros. Ultimate Cover" by JunoSongs, with "beneath the skull and gym shorts" replaced with "this blanket's a disguise, i report!", while Boyfriend sings "Megalovania".
- At 2:16, Pooky's backing vocals sing "The Noble Haltmann".
- At 2:23, Pooky sings "Witch Doctor", while Boyfriend sings "Athletic Theme", referencing "Athletic Theme (PAL Version) - Super Mario World".
- As is customary with most Friday Night Funkin' rips, the player character suddenly dies despite winning the level.
