No elements of the advertised track are present in this rip. Instead, this rip is a spoof of the video "Bill Gates is GAY" by gabrielnavarro911.
The audio plays a Game Boy Color arrangement of "Barbie Girl" by Aqua, the song used in "Bill Gates is GAY". Instead of the thumbnail, the rip's visuals open with an 8-bit version of a Windows Movie Maker title screen, with the text "Bill Gates is GAY/bill gates likes man", which is respectively the title and description of the video being spoofed. Throughout the rest of the rip, the various images shown in the video's slideshow are edited to 8-bit versions as well as the "BILL GATES HATES CHILDREN." image text changed to read "BILL GATES HATES HIGH QUALITY RIPS." In addition, at 2:29, five more Bill Gates-related images not present in the original are added:
