"Take On Me but it's in the Super Mario 64 Soundfont (Music Video)" is a high quality rip of a music video for a cover of "Take On Me" using the Super Mario 64 soundfont.

The rip begins with, as advertised, an arrangement of "Take On Me" using Super Mario 64 instruments, accompanied by an edit of the music video for "Take On Me", with shots centered on the male lead replaced with original pencil-drawn spoofs featuring Mario and objects from Super Mario 64.

At 0:52, the male lead is replaced with a drawing of Brainless Kitty, and farts are pitch-shifted to the arrangement. At 0:53, the arrangement's melody mostly changes to "Pollyanna" from EarthBound Beginnings/MOTHER. At 0:56, the Brainless Kitty drawing shakes and turns red, and a wave of Brainless Kitties pours out of the comic book, replacing the extending arm from the original music video. At 1:03, a Brainless Kitty edited to be red and have horns and an evil frown appears in the wave. At 1:05, it appears in front of one of the Mario drawings, which flips horizontally. At 1:08, Brainless Kitties start appearing in front of the faces of extras in the music video, as well as a sign in one of the windows of the diner. At 1:12, a purple Brainless Kitty dances in front of the ceiling fan. At 1:15, the evil Kitty appears in front of a video of a person holding one of the Mario drawings, then panning up to reveal a cat, which then has another Kitty appear in front of its face.

At 1:21, the visuals cut to Mario's house from Paper Mario. A clipart newspaper "floats" onto the steps. Several alternating gifs of Silentó then appear in front of the door, as instrumental elements from "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" are added to the rip. At 1:27, the arrangement's melody changes to "The Muffin Song" by TomSka ft. schmoyoho. Silentó moves to the newspaper, and a MSPaint newspaper appears with a picture of the evil Kitty and the text "EVIL AS SHIT BRAINLESS ON THE LOOSE, RELEASED BY LOCAL DINER-GOER". An exclamation point then appears over Silentó's head, and he slides to the right, then into the door of Candy Mountain from "Charlie the Unicorn" by FilmCow, which has the text on its sign replaced with "EVIL AS SHIT BRAINLESS LAIR CAVE DUNGEON". At 1:40, "Bangarang" is mashed up with and pitch-shifted to the arrangement.

At 1:44, Silentó is crudely pasted over gameplay footage of the level "Bowser in the Sky" from the Japanese version of Super Mario 64, as "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)"'s vocals are pitch-shifted to the arrangement. The footage in question is taken from this Super Mario 64 Tool-Assisted Speedrun. At 2:03, the evil Kitty is pasted over Bowser. At 2:24, Silentós dance on the left and right sides of the screen, and the following text in the Paper Mario dialogue font bounces in: "BRAINLESS WAS DEFEATED!!!!!"/"DANCE PARTY!!!!!"; at the same time, the arrangement's melody changes to "Stuck Inside". At 2:28, the percussion from "money machine" by 100 gecs is mashed up with the arrangement as the screen fades to white. It then fades back in to an MSPaint grave at night, with the gravestone reading "R.I.P. Evil Brainless". Dancing by the grave are Silentó, the pixel art Bottom G from "BUTTER FLY - Street Dance", an unknown edit of speedyboyboy's dog Sammi, and a pig from Farmees.

At 2:29, "Ooh Nah Nah" is mashed up with the arrangement. At 2:45, "Mega Man" is mashed up with the arrangement. At 2:50, a sped-up Foxy jumpscare from Five Nights at Freddy's 2 plays. Immediately after, The numberphile fusion with James Grime/Jay Eazy first seen in "Main Theme (Alternate) - e" appears in the center. At 2:52, "GRIMACE" by CG5 & DHeusta is mashed up with the arrangement. At 3:03, the arrangement's melody changes to "GRIMACE", as "Be Nice 2 Me" by Bladee is added to the mashup. At 3:21, the Brainless Kitty with an object show mouth from "Pathetic House (Sigma Mix) - Undertale", but tinted green and with happy eyebrows and a Minecraft nametag reading "Nice Brainless" added, bounces in from the right. At 3:26, Nice Brainless "dances" around as farts are again pitch-shifted to the arrangement and the scene has the Windows Movie Maker rainbow filter applied to it. At 3:37, "Breakdance Beach" by Hail Mary Mallon is added to the mashup, as the melody changes to "Only in Ohio" by CG5. At 4:07, the rip fades out as "Mega Man" is again added to the mashup.
