The tenth anniversary of the Year of Luigi was celebrated on the SiIvaGunner channel as a channel event.

Summary

All rips uploaded on this day were of or featured songs related to Luigi, such as games starring Luigi.

The avatar was changed to a version of SiIvaGunner with Luigi's mustache, nose, and hat, with the "L" changed to "S", similar to the Super Mario Bros. 31st Anniversary event. The banner was changed to the top of the hotel in Luigi's Mansion 3 with the following changes:

• Four Luigi's are placed on the hotel itself:
  • A still of Luigi from the "That's mama Luigi to you" scene from the Super Mario World TV series episode "Mama Luigi".
  • A stock image of Luigi from New Super Mario Bros. Wii.
  • A still of Luigi from the "I hope she made lotsa spaghetti" scene from Hotel Mario.
  • A faded larger version of the head of Weegee, representing Tito Dick.
• An image of Luigi twerking is placed on the far right of the banner.
• The "You can now play as Luigi" textbox from Super Mario Galaxy is placed beneath the hotel.
• Charlie Kelly from the It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia episode "Sweet Dee Has a Heart Attack" is in the moon, referencing Charlie Day's role as Luigi in The Super Mario Bros. Movie.

The catchphrase during the event was "Like they say in Brooklyn, early to bed, early to read the channel description! Or, is it the bagel?", referencing a line on the Super Mario World TV show episode "Mama Luigi", with the words "early to read the channel description!" replacing "early to catch a worm!".
