"The Loudest Store [FILE-03] - Haltmann's Archives" is a lore video and the third "file" in Haltmann's Archives. It details The Nigra Store, which plays a part in SilvaGunner: Rebooted in the rip "Futari Happiness (NOZOMI Mix) - Love Live! School idol festival".
Summary[]
The video is formatted like all Haltmann's Archives videos starting with "[FILE-02]".
Two tracks play in the rip. The first track is a combination of the cowbell from the track "sans." from Undertale and the melody of "GO MY WAY!!". The second is a rendition of "Main Theme - Waluigi's Tacostand".
The text documents the Nigra Store, a storefront owned by the Loud Nigra situated in the town near SiIvaGunner's house. Unlike the other files in Haltmann's Archives so far, this video describes a set-piece or object in the SiIvaGunner lore instead of an event.
The Nigra Store is a shop owned by the Loud Nigra, a "naked and never-negative" individual. The shop sells software and other oddities for ripping music. Some of these products are:
- A piece of software that rips any piece of music (and prevents reboots)
- A set of physical music scales
- A Space Jam single CD that can be "slapped" onto any track (though many rips fail to be in-sync)
- A Kazoo
- A "Chord Clash Begone" gel that prevents melodies inserted into a track from clashing with the chords of the instrumental
- A model of Roland Sound Canvas that comes with an actual Romantique trumpet
- The program GXSCC, for "professional" 8-bit music composers
- A set of 100 nanomachines that can play orchestral music anywhere.
- A Guitar Hero controller for children
Before the file ends, the text informs the viewer that the store was acquired by Haltmann Works Inc. for 7 trillion Haltmanns, meaning the file could simply be an advertisement for Haltmann-owned products.

Trivia[]
- Haltmann's name was originally misspelled as "Maxx Profitt Haltmann" in the description.
- The track that serves as this FILE's background music is an original composition by dante[2].
- Soundchips and VSTs are used to play or simulate the sounds used in video games.
- The file is a reference to the "Futari Happiness" rip.
- In the "Futari Happiness" rip, Loud Nigra is confuses ripping software with ripping paper, however this video states his store is based around ripping music.
- This means that the archive takes place after Silva buys ripping software (when Nigra presumably learns about ripping music).
- The idea that the archive takes place after SilvaGunner: Rebooted is supported by the mention of "malicious reboots" that Denuvo Anti-Tracker will protect against, suggesting that the "new" HQRipper software was only put in place after SiIva got a reboot-vulnerable version.
- Denuvo is a DRM software for video games which prevents people from "cracking" video games to access game files. Denuvo is an obstacle in ripping video games, since most games' soundtracks are hidden in the game files.
- The idea is also supported by the fact that the version of HQRipper (spelled "HQripper" in the rip) that crashes is 7.0 while The Nigra Store described in the file sells version 8.0.
- In the "Futari Happiness" rip, Loud Nigra is confuses ripping software with ripping paper, however this video states his store is based around ripping music.
- Mixolydian and Locrian are names of diatonic scales used in music.
- The Space Jam CD Single is a reference to low quality rips that are low-effort mashups with "Space Jam". The mention of sync is a reference to the unsynced mashup.
- The mention of French people enjoying the Kazoo is a reference to Fivda and/or The Kazoo Master.
- The SD-9001 is a reference to the SC-88Pro, a model of the synthesizer Roland Sound Canvas that ZUN's original compositions for Touhou Project games Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, Kioh Gyoku and Dolls in Pseudo Paradise were originally arranged in.[3] To be true to the ZUN's original arrangements, Touhou rippers are encouraged to use a SC-88Pro.
- The "Romantique trumpet" is one of the instruments of the SC-88Pro.
- The "9001" is probably a Dragon Ball reference ("It's over nine-thousand!").
- GXSCC is an actual MIDI player that emulates the sound of soundchips. It is met with derision in the SiIvaGunner community for being poor in audio quality.
- Famitracker is preferred because it is actually 8-bit and allows edits to MIDIs.
- The Nigra Store is worth more than SiIvaGunner's channel, which is only 17,200 billion Haltmanns to The Nigra Store's 7 billion.
