At 0:26, immediately after the line "put that shit in slow motion", the advertised track suddenly slows down while the vocals remain at the same tempo, thus creating an unsynced and off-key mashup, in reference to this TikTok trend. At 0:45, "Yankin"'s instrumental is added to the mashup with it both off-key and off-beat with everything else. At 0:51, TV static noises replace the line "play me dumb" in "Astronaut in the Ocean".
