The album cover and title reference various in-jokes and media related to the YTPMV community:

• Title
  • "The SiIvaGunner YTPMV Collab" - The naming tradition of many YTPMV collaborations.
  • "(Eek!)" - Part of the title of "The Penis (Eek!)" by Surasshu.
  • ".veg" - The file extension Sony Vegas projects use.
• The cover's general design is based on "roomscan" (a YTPMV of "Overdrive" using clips from The Room) known for the leak of its .veg and the subsequent .veg replaces of it made by the Battle for Dream Island/logo community.
  • The center rectangle features "HQ RIPS YTPMV COLLABORATION" written in the style of the Phillips Interactive Media logo.
  • The top and bottom rectangle feature the SiIvaGunner logo over what appears to be falling snow.
  • The left and right blurred rectangles feature "Christmas in July" and "Rock My Forum".
  • "SIIVAGAMERS.COM", (a parody of "QUEBECGAMERS.COM", an archive of various CDI games) is written in the bottom right corner, along with Wood Man's "nice" face in the =3 font.
    • Before siivagamers.com went defunct, a picture of an "OK" hand with the faint letters "wFhzG" would appear. This points to the picosong upload "wFhzG", a mashup between "irony" and "1st Love Story" by Luce Twinkle Wink☆.
