"the new rick rolld" is a video posted by YouTube user wtfradio1000 on January 2nd 2012. It is a minor meme on the SiIvaGunner channel.
Overview
The video is an edit of a previous video by the same user, "the most l.o.l videio". It shows two images of Rick Astley, the singer of "Never Gonna Give You Up" (commonly called Rick Roll) placed over a still image of the Nyan Cat meme. The audio is seemingly random notes, which are D, D#, E, E, D#, D, E, on piano. Quickly after, the name "wtfradio1000" fades in. Also present is a single frame, left over from "the most l.o.l videio", of a slightly stretched Coca-Cola bottle, as well as the Internet Explorer logo with an arrow pointing towards it in the top left.
The video is 1 second long and has the description "lololol". It was also most likely made in Windows Movie Maker due to the default font of the "wtfradio1000" text and the fade-in of the text.
The video quickly became popular in the YTPMV community and was used quite frequently in YTPMVs, due to the audio being easily pitch-shiftable.
