The rip doesn't feature anything from the game. Instead, it's an edited scene from the movie the game is based on, where Rex Pester interviews Didi. Tito Dick's face is pasted over Rex's face, and when he says "your children", it's Joel's reaction to 7 GRAND DAD.
"Please, tell us how it feels to know you may never see GRAND DAD again!"
Afterwards, Betty attempts to fight Rex, but is held back by other people while Rex mockingly "fights back", and the rip ends before this scene progresses further.
The rip seems to relate to how The Nutshack was appearing in rips more frequently at the time, even more than The Flintstones. It could have been meant to foreshadow the scrapped Nuts Hack story arc, since it shows Tito in an antagonistic role, which never became part of the actual lore.
