"Title Theme - Ura Zelda" is a high quality rip of "Title Theme" from Ura Zelda.

The rip starts off normally, but the advertised track is almost immediately cut off by something completely unrelated: a medley rip centered on "Heaven and Hell" by Mutsuhiko Izumi from jubeat. This track, a cover of "Infernal Galop (Can-Can)" by Jacques Offenbach, has been used as a YTPMV source since at least 2010 (a few elements of the rip even directly reference specific YTPMVs).
This is accompanied by Garry's Mod footage of someone with a Link player model attempting to skateboard in Kokiri Forest from Ocarina of Time 3D, but repeatedly falling off the skateboard. This continues until 1:41, when the medley is almost over, the player gives up, selects the RPG Launcher from the Garry's Mod inventory panel, and fires it at the floor. This causes Link to be blasted into the air and appear to fall unconscious, timed to approximately coincide with the ROBLOX "oof" death sound (the final element of the medley).
The video as a whole is a reference to "N64 Leaked Beta - URA ZELDA" by Sebastian, a video comprising fake gameplay footage of Ura Zelda, featuring Link skating in a modded version of Tony Hawk's Underground 2 (also known as THUG Pro), set to the audio of 「【ゼルダの伝説】時のオカリナで天国と地獄【音MAD】」 by もやま on NicoNico.
At 1:45, as the medley ends, the audio fades into the Eyewitness opening theme, and the Garry's Mod footage fades to black. At 1:50, the rip cuts to the Grand Films logo from "Options - Mr Rental: The Video Game".
