This begins much like the rip "Undertale - Undertale", with "S.L.A.B. Freestyle" mashed up with the advertised track. At 0:18, the vocals of "S.L.A.B. Freestyle" are replaced by "Chicken and Chips", while the Inspector Gadget melody is added to the mashup. At 0:37, the melody of the advertised track is changed to the Inspector Gadget theme.
At 1:34, a voice says "chicken and chips - inspector chip tha ripper haha that's the funny joke", referencing the end of the "Undertale - Undertale" rip. The phrase "inspector chip tha ripper" references the mashup of the same name by Tammy.
Additionally, playing off the title, the description also has composer credit as "Undertale".

This rip was originally titled "Undertale - Undertale",[2] as a way to trick viewers into thinking it was the same as the previous rip of the same title. It was renamed to its current title later in the day.[3]
