Summary
Every single rip uploaded on this day was from (or referenced) the MOTHER/EarthBound series, which is either poking fun at Undertale developer Toby Fox's less-than-subtle inspiration for the game or a reference to the Sans is Ness meme.
That is, until the last hour of the day, when an Undertale rip was finally uploaded: "MEGALOVANIA - Undertale", an unsynced mashup. This appeared to be the final rip of the event...
...until a half-hour later, when 39 good rips from (or referencing) Undertale were uploaded simultaneously at exactly 0:00 PST on September 16.
After the upload of these 39 rips, uploads continued as normal.
